Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Drop Gifft, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care products (if opened)

Returns Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Products with signs of use
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within within 7–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.


If the gift wasn’t marked or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return items.
